Project Tic Toc - 23 people face 138 charges

Toronto Police Service :: To Serve and Protect: "An investigation into an organized group of individuals allegedly actively involved in the theft and distribution of stolen tractor-trailers and their associated cargo within the GTA has resulted in the arrest of 23 people who now face 138 charges."
