Toronto Police Service :: To Serve and Protect: "Homicide #19/2006, Haider Mahdi, 18 - Homicide Squad - 416-808-7400
On Saturday, April 29, 2006, at approximately 2:05 a.m., police were called to an area between 31 and 35 St. Dennis Drive for a shooting. The victim has been identified as Haider Mahdi, 18, of Mississauga. A post-mortem examination was conducted on Haider Mahdi on Sunday, April 30, 2006. The cause of death was a single gunshot wound to the abdomen.
