Prosecutors seek to revoke Conrad Black's bail TORONTO - The U.S. government has filed an emergency motion threatening to revoke Conrad Black's bail, claiming he understated the amount of a Canadian tax lien against his Palm Beach mansion and ''severely'' understated the value of other assets he used to secure bail.
