Seven grow-operations allegedly located in one apartment building, Man faces nine charges, 14 Division
Toronto Police Service :: To Serve and Protect On Friday, July 14, 2006, search warrants were executed at 75 Spencer Avenue. Units on the sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth floors were allegedly found to be converted to marijuana grow-operations.
