Convicted pedophile surrenders
TheStar.com - Convicted pedophile surrenders: "KIPLING, Sask. (CP) - A police standoff with a convicted pedophile who allegedly abducted a 10-year-old has ended, and another 14-year-old boy who was with the suspect is safe with police. RCMP said Peter Whitmore, 35, surrendered after 10 hours of negotiations at a farm near the Manitoba boundary."
